169\/18.09.2021), passengers traveling with Companion, Therapy or Assistance animals must necessarily declare this when booking \/ issuing their tickets, in order to be recorded in the electronic booking system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reservations and ticketing for pets cannot currently be done through our website, please contact our reservations call center 210 8919800 or our network of agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to be able to register the animals, it is mandatory to issue tickets for them and the following information must be written on the tickets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Animal Health Book Number or Passport Number&#8221;<br>&#8220;Animal Marking Number&#8221;<br>&#8220;Category of Animal&#8221; (e.g. Companion, Therapy, Assistance) *<br>&#8220;Animal Size&#8221; (Large > 10 Kg or Small <= 10 Kg)<br>In addition, passengers \/ companions of the animal should always carry its recently updated health book and be responsible for its care, safety and hygiene during the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 576\/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, each passenger can travel with up to 5 pets, which are owned and adequately vaccinated, each with its own health book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ticketing on board is not allowed, therefore, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, passengers must make seat reservations and ticketing in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is clarified that based on Law 4830\/2021 \/ Official Gazette Issue A&#8217;
