TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS
-Only passengers presenting a valid ticket are entitled to transport.

-The ticket is an object of value and therefore the passenger must keep it carefully. If it is lost, it cannot be reissued.
-The passenger is obliged to carry the ticket with him during the journey and show it to the driver or controller whenever and if asked.
-When the ticket is subject to a discount regime, the passenger is obliged to carry proof of the discount (multi-child card, student card, etc.) and show it whenever requested. In case the passenger does not have the above card with him, he is obliged to pay the remaining amount of the value of the ticket provided for the route.
LUGGAGE TRANSPORTATION
-The transport of flammable and explosive materials is prohibited.
-Passengers’ luggage is transported at the passenger’s responsibility.
-To avoid any inconvenience due to lost luggage, please write down your name and destination or have distinctive signs on your luggage that make it easy and sure to identify it.
-The staff of our company, i.e. the bus driver, the collector, the ticket issuer and the loaders, cannot know the owners of the luggage and bear no responsibility if it is received by the wrong person or if it is lost.
MINOR PASSENGERS
-It is prohibited to transport children up to six (6) years of age without being accompanied throughout by an adult. The person accompanying these children takes care of their safe transport.
-Children up to (6) years of age travel free of charge.
-In case the bus is full and the minor’s companion (parent) wants a seat for the child then he/she is obliged to pay the entire ticket for the route.
TRANSPORTATION OF ANIMALS
-Animals are transported inside the passenger compartment either in the corridor or on the stairs and close to their owner/owner.
-Their weight must be up to ten (10) kilograms and they must be transported in a special basket with dimensions of 50x40x35 centimeters.
-Owners/holders must accompany the animals and have with them all the documents provided for in the current legislation for the animal they are accompanying, which must be updated for the last two years. —Animals accompanying the disabled, regardless of their size, must be carried inside the passenger compartment, close to their owner, they are not placed in a basket. CASE OF CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF TICKET
-70% of the ticket price is refunded to the passenger if he cancels the seat reservation on a long-distance route at least 8 hours before departure, or 50% if he cancels the seat reservation within 8 hours before his scheduled departure time bus.
-The ticket up to 1 hour before the scheduled time of departure of the bus for the route issued may be amended with respect to the date or time of the passenger’s departure or transferred to another person in both cases without any charge to those persons under the necessary condition that a visa related to the cancellation or change of the destination or the itinerary or the transfer of the ticket will take place by the competent employee of the company.
